VICTORIA’S STORY
The Origins of Ethos
Ethos came to life in 2020 after 15+ years of helping organizations uncover their stories and bring them to fruition in the digital world.
Throughout my career, I have worked with nonprofits like Oxfam America, led Harvard College Admissions’ digital presence, and partnered with businesses spanning various industries—from marketing for higher education to luxury home and garden. No matter the industry, I kept coming back to the same question: what makes a brand truly resonate in today’s world?
That curiosity—and a belief in the power of what a thoughtful business can do to shape the world around it—led me to Ethos. But the seeds were planted much earlier. Growing up in my family’s landscaping business, I developed a deep respect for individuals dedicating their craft to elevating spaces and creating legacies. That mindset continues to inspire me—as a founder, creative director, and mother—bringing a balanced, intuitive approach to how I lead and create.
